Ingredients: Whole organic cucumber, celery stalk, and low sodium balsamic vinegar
Instructions: Cut the cucumber in half long (tall) ways, then half it again. Cut celery stalks in half. Place veggies in a shallow glass container or wide bottom bowl. Pour balsamic vinegar over cut veggies and soak for 1-2 hours while chilling in refrigerator. Great as a late night snack to subdue cravings!
