This recipe is one of our health coaches favorite on the go healthy meals… chia protein pudding with fresh organic fruit. This take about 2 minutes to prep and then overnight in the refrigerator to gel. Top with fresh organic fruit of your choice.

Why we love it? It is high in protein, rich in antioxidants, fiber and omegas. We say that health food is good preventative medicine and this easy meal fires the bill.

Recipe & Instructions:

In a glass jar, mix 3 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts into one cup of unsweetened hemp, almond or coconut milk, mix in one scoop of vanilla protein (collagen or bone broth). Seal and shake well. Refrigerate overnight, top with fruit and enjoy.
