Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor
About Lee Anne Aluotto:
At the age of 8 years old, I read the book, “Sybil” and instantly knew that I wanted to study the brain, and help others that struggle with trauma and mental health issues. I worked and volunteered to help others for as far back as I can remember. My Bachelor’s degree was in Social Work and I graduated with my Master’s in Counseling at 26 years old. From then, I was able to become licensed in mental health. Currently, I am in a Ph.D. program in general psychology, so I can conduct research which will help enhance the way I serve my clients.
I enjoy helping others reach goals and find a place of happiness in their lives. Life is tough and can be unfair. We become faced with heartbreaks and afflictions. It is normal for us to go through difficult times where we feel sad, bitter, angry, or just “stuck in a rut.” If you find yourself in a challenging place right now, if you are striving for more but don’t know how to get there and if you are ready to make some changes, then I’d love to be the person assisting you to rise up.
I have gratefully worked in the counseling realm for 20 years. My specialties are substance abuse and addiction, cps, and foster care cases, and complex trauma-related issues. I am open to working with all clients and I have vast experience with pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults.
I believe that it is extremely important for you to feel relaxed and understood during therapy. I sincerely care about your well-being and want you to feel encouraged to be genuine and open about yourself. You will feel comfortable working with me to identify your positive attributes and maximize them to reach your desired result. My goal for you is empowerment and gaining the confidence to make transformations.
Please take the first step and reach out. We will laugh, grow, and learn together. I know we can create a plan that will foster a new, improved, and happy you!
