Hi, I’m Coach Jeremy Olson, I was born and raised in North Dakota and relocated to Las Vegas, NV in May 2006. I’m a father of 2 young boys and I used to be a couch potato with a poor diet and at a point even weighed over 500lbs! I tried everything from fad diets to gastric sleeve surgery. While weight did come off, one of the biggest myths is that it stays off and keeping it off was a completely different story. I needed to and had to take focus and control over what I ate, how I ate, began exercise programs, and even joined a CrossFit Gym. I discovered a passion for health and fitness, so I pursued it with the same dedication I did with my own health. I do the same with my clients to help them achieve their goals, whether or not it’s weight loss, gaining strength and fitness, or just helping someone be happy, healthy, and strong in all aspects.

What you can expect in a session with me is that I take an outside-in, inside-out approach with all my clients and focus on what they want to work on. I won’t just tell you what to do and how to do it, I will be working alongside you to get you to reach your goals. For nutrition and personal training clients, I can include meal plans, complete with shopping lists customized to you! What really sets me apart from other coaches is that I used to be morbidly obese and had to work to get to where I am today, so I understand the struggle. I can’t wait to work with you!
