Hello! I’m Geri. I teach busy people how to stress less and enjoy life more with mindfulness meditation and natural stress help resources. As a former classroom teacher and the daughter of a nurse, I know firsthand how toxic stress can negatively affect your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Ready to get started? First, I recommend a consultation where we’ll create a meditation plan that best fits you or your organization. A consultation can also be used as a mini-meditation session, perfect for calming stress and infusing calm back into your busy day. Next, you can choose a full 30, 60, or 90-minute session. Each full session contains meditation of your choice, plus time for teaching and discussion. Finally, I’d love to hear from you.
