Eli is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), who brings over three decades of experience in developing human potential. He helps create lasting change by partnering with clients in a supportive and thought-provoking process that inspires them to reach their potential. Eli views each client through a whole-person lens, addressing their mind, body, and spirit, to help them take charge of their own life and wellbeing. Some of the transformations that are typical of Eli’s clients include a heightened sense of health and wellbeing, improved quality of personal and professional life, a new sense of motivation and purpose, better life-work balance, lasting lifestyle changes, reduced stress, improved relationships, better time management, and a deepened responsibility for one’s own health.
Currently, Eli is in the final stages of completing his Ph.D. in performance psychology and working on his certification in digital wellness. A fun fact about Eli: He is a third-degree black belt in the martial art of To Shin Do, a modern adaptation of the Ninja martial art.
