Welcome to the ModiHT Stress Management Course! We truly hope that what you learn within this course, you will put into practice in your life in order to experience the benefits of stress reduction and stress management. Each lesson will have a video as well as an exercise to download and practice throughout the week. We recommend that you take it slow… don’t rush through the lessons. Overcoming stress and learning to also increase your capacity to deal with life’s stressors is not something that is helpful if it is learned in the mind only, it is something that must be put into practice in order to see positive results.
