Welcome to the ModiHT’s Fitness Course! You are about to embark on a complete re-education about fitness, discover what is right for your body and how to create a fitness routine that brings you health and joy. We truly hope that what you learn within this course, you will put into practice in your life in order to experience the benefits of fitness. Each lesson will have a video as well as an exercise to download and practice throughout the week. We recommend that you take it slow… don’t rush through the lessons.
